If the service has not been started after successful payment, the full amount will be refunded to the client.
If the service has been initiated but the client does not receive any response, update, or communication from our team, then the remaining unused balance will be refunded after deducting the cost of work already completed.
If advertisements are rejected by platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), or any other advertising platform due to policy reasons:
Ad approval or rejection depends entirely on the advertising platform’s policies, and Adwise Media is not responsible for platform-level decisions.
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
